  • Matthew Morrison

    He knew electronics was his passion and his ticket to career success. But he needed the right training. He found it at North Central Kansas Technical College. Matthew was hired at Aeroflex in Wichita and has moved steadily up the ladder, from technician to senior technician to team leader.

  • Mioshi Neal

    She became a welder because it paid well, and she learned enough to make a living. But Mioshi wasn’t satisfied. So years later she went back to school at Johnson County Community College for an associate’s degree in welding. She made such an impression on instructors and on the younger students she mentored that now she’s a member of the faculty.
